The Light of the World
I was blessed to grow up in home where Christmas was always a magical time. For a little girl with an over-sized imagination, it was easy to get caught up in the idea of Santa Claus, Christmas presents and bulging stockings. There was once Christmas, however, that changed the "visions of sugar plums dancing in my head" into something quite different.
This devotional is at Laced With Grace on this Christmas Eve day. I would love to meet you there.
I send you wishes for a Christmas filled with His peace and joy.
With love,

It's so hard to get caught up in the trifles of the holiday, isn't it? To think of the people like Jamie and her family who are really knowing the true meaning of what od has done for us in Christ. I pray for a blessed Christmas for all of you at your house.
Merry Christmas, Linda - to you and all your family!
Wishing you and your family a very Merry Christmas, Linda!
Merry Christmas Linda
I get that Awe feeling every year as we light the candle. The light starts dime but is a brillent bright light when all candles are lite.
Merry Christmas dear lady. I so appreciate you. May God's love linger around these days and may you be refreshed in His presence.
Sounds like an awesome experience. I wish our church had a program like that. Hope you had a wonderful Christmas this year.
Beautiful post. Hope you and your family had a wonderful Christmas.
